The fleet

Seven AI marketing agents. Preinstalled. On duty 24/7/365.

Growth OS isn't a dashboard you have to drive. It's an always-on system of specialized AI marketing agents — one per channel — coordinated by a central orchestrator and powered by your connected Claude account, with Google's Gemini models generating on-brand imagery for every campaign. They work around the clock and answer to you — agents draft, you approve. The whole fleet comes preinstalled on your box.

HELIOSCentral orchestrator

The center of the constellation — HELIOS runs on your connected Claude account, setting strategy and coordinating all six channel agents so they move as one operation instead of seven silos — then routes every draft to you for approval.

COMPASSSEO

Claude-powered keyword, content and technical SEO — COMPASS researches intent, drafts optimized pages and briefs and tracks rankings, with Google-generated imagery for every article. You approve what goes live.

VECTORGoogle & Meta Ads

Your Claude account plans and writes paid campaigns across Google and Meta; Google's Gemini models generate the ad creative in every size. VECTOR drafts audiences, copy and budgets — you approve before a dollar is spent.

NEBULASocial media

Your connected Claude account drafts on-brand posts for 15+ networks; Google's Gemini models render the visuals to match. NEBULA schedules the calendar and feeds your unified inbox — nothing publishes until you approve.

ORBITYouTube / Shorts

Claude scripts hooks, titles and descriptions for long-form and Shorts; Google generates thumbnails and frames built to earn the click. ORBIT drafts the whole video package — you approve the upload.

BEACONTraditional & direct-response media

Claude writes direct-response offers for print, mail, OOH and broadcast; Google generates the artwork. BEACON drafts media built to be measured, not guessed — you approve every placement.

ECHOEmail & CRM

Your Claude account writes lifecycle email, SMS and reactivation flows tuned to each segment, with Google-generated graphics on brand. ECHO drafts the sequences and keeps your CRM warm — you approve the send.

Every agent works supervised — humans stay in the loop, and nothing the fleet drafts goes out without approval. More on that below.

The command center

One login runs the whole operation

The fleet does the work; the Command Center is where you watch it, steer it and approve it. Every module below comes preinstalled on your box, already wired to the agents — nothing to integrate, nothing to subscribe to separately.

Agents draft. You approve.

Human-in-the-loop isn't a feature toggle — it's how the whole fleet operates. What the agents draft lands in Approvals, and nothing goes out until you say so. Watch the dot wait for the green check: that pause is you.

Leads

Every lead the fleet captures, in one place — fed around the clock by the five capture agents.

Pipeline

Leads become deals and move stage by stage toward closed — visible at a glance.

Approvals

Human-in-the-loop, built in: agents draft, you approve. Nothing ships without your sign-off.

Reactivation

Dormant-lead revival — the leads you already paid for get a second life.

SDR / Outreach

The outbound side of the house, run right next to the leads it touches — no separate tool.

Spend & Margin

Spend and margin tracking across the operation — what the fleet costs and what it brings back.

Every channel

Reach every channel your customers are on — from one box

Your box doesn't just run automations. It ships with the whole marketing engine wired in: publish, engage, message, advertise and measure across 15+ channels, all from the Command Center, all on hardware you own — no separate scheduler, no separate inbox tool, no separate ad manager to log into.

Publish, message and advertise on the platforms your customers already use — connected, not bolted on:

Publish everywhere

Schedule and cross-post to 15+ social channels in one action — drafts, images, video and carousels, with best-time recommendations built in.

One unified inbox

DMs, comments, mentions and reviews from every channel land in a single inbox. Reply anywhere, and turn comments into DMs automatically.

Messaging that converts

Send SMS from your own provisioned numbers, run WhatsApp templates, broadcasts and flows, and place voice calls — all from the same box.

Ads, managed in-house

Create and manage campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest and X — custom audiences, conversion tracking, lead forms and boosting.

Analytics in one view

Performance, demographics and engagement across every connected account — sorted, filtered and ready, without stitching five dashboards together.

Sequences & automation

Multi-step drip sequences, comment-to-DM automations and event-driven workflows with branching logic, all running on your own box.

Replace your stack

A dozen subscriptions. Or one box.

Right now you're renting all of it in a dozen separate bills: a workflow-automation SaaS, managed Postgres and Redis, SSL, backups and a VPS — plus a social scheduler, a separate inbox, SMS and WhatsApp, an ad manager and an analytics dashboard. You'll never own any of it, you can't walk away with it, and not one of them runs itself. On your box it's one flat $499 a month, on hardware you export the data on. A dozen bills you operate, or one box that operates itself — that's the whole argument.

Typical entry prices for the pieces as separate managed services, versus included on your box
What you'd subscribe toTypical entry price*On your box
Workflow-automation SaaS~$24/mo included — automations built into Growth OS
Managed Postgres~$15/mo included — Postgres 16, yours to query
Managed Redis~$10/mo included — Redis 7
SSL / proxy service$0–10/mo included — auto-TLS, issued and renewed automatically
Offsite backup service~$5–10/mo included — daily encrypted incremental snapshots
A VPS itself~$10–30/mo it is the box
Social scheduler / publisher~$30–99/mo included — publish to 15+ channels
Unified social inbox~$20–50/mo included — DMs, comments & mentions in one place
SMS & WhatsApp messaging~$15–50/mo included — your own numbers, templates & flows
Ad manager / reporting~$50–200/mo included — campaigns across 6 ad networks
Analytics dashboard~$20–100/mo included — cross-channel, in one view
Total, separatelyroughly $200–600+/mo — $2,400–$7,200 a year, across a dozen bills$499 flat. One bill. Exportable.

*Approximate typical entry prices for comparable managed services. For scale: independent 2026 benchmarks put small-business software spend at roughly $1,500–$4,000 per employee a year — 4–7% of revenue — with about a third of SaaS licenses sitting unused while list prices climb ~13% a year. Your mix may differ; no affiliation with any provider implied. The point stands either way: it's fewer bills on hardware you own the data on.

What you get

Everything preinstalled, already configured

No testimonials, no logo wall. The proof is the architecture — this is exactly what comes up on your box, wired together before you ever log in.

Auto-TLS edge

TLS certificates are issued and renewed automatically at the edge. You never think about SSL again.

  • Real certificate on https://you.growvps.com
  • Renews itself, forever
  • Routes your subdomain straight to Growth OS

Growth OS

The full app on a server nobody else shares — not a seat in someone's multi-tenant pool.

  • Isolated on your own box
  • Environment pre-generated at build time
  • Data on its own named volume

Automation engine

Event-driven workflows built into Growth OS — automations that shared platforms cap or forbid.

  • Multi-step sequences with branching logic
  • Webhooks on your own subdomain
  • No metered execution fees

Postgres 16

A real database, yours to query, dump and export — not an API quota.

  • Credentials generated per box
  • A dedicated growthos database
  • Data on its own named volume

Redis 7

Cache and queue for the stack, ready on day one.

  • On the stack's private internal network
  • Data on its own named volume

Encrypted backups

Daily encrypted incremental snapshots to offsite object storage, in a standard open format — restorable anywhere, with or without us.

  • App and database volumes, end to end
  • 7 daily + 4 weekly kept, pruned automatically
  • Runs once offsite storage is configured for your box

The server itself

Hardened at build time by our zero-touch installer, before the stack even starts.

  • SSH keys only — non-root sudo user, password login disabled permanently
  • ufw firewall, default deny — only ports 22, 80 and 443 open
  • fail2ban — brute-force attempts get banned automatically
  • Unattended security upgrades — patches land without you asking
  • Open-source containers — standard, portable, nothing proprietary locks your data in
  • Secrets by call-home — delivered once over TLS via a single-use bootstrap token that burns on first use; sealed at rest, never in the provider console, never in logs

All of it provisions itself: pay → server created → installs itself → DNS + TLS → live, typically in about 5 minutes. From then on a reconciler converges every box back to the state it should be in, around the clock, and every state change is written to an append-only audit log.

Pricing

One plan. Everything in it. $499 a month.

No tiers to compare, no add-ons to forget. One flat monthly price gets you your own dedicated box with the whole growth stack and the whole marketing engine — publishing, a unified inbox, messaging, ads and analytics across every channel. No per-seat pricing, no usage metering, no surprises. That's the whole bill.

Who runs on this

Built for people who outgrow shared platforms

For operators who'd rather own the box than rent the seat — one dedicated box, the whole engine, yours to export whole.

Agencies running client automations

One box per client. Their workflows, data and credentials stay isolated on their own server — no shared-platform execution caps, no per-task pricing. If a client leaves, hand them their export archive. Clean.

Outbound and growth teams

Enrichment, scoring, sequencing, webhooks — workflows that hammer APIs all day. On your own box there's no metered execution bill creeping up behind you; the box just runs.

SaaS founders who want owned infra

Real Postgres, real Redis, standard open-source containers underneath, SSH on request. Nothing proprietary sits between you and your data — your archives restore on any standard container host.

Operators who want one bill, not six

Automation, Postgres, Redis, SSL, backups and the VPS underneath — one flat monthly price instead of six creeping subscriptions, on a box you own and can export any time.

Managed for you

Managed by machinery, not good intentions

Call it Desired-State Ownership: your box is defined as a spec, and a reconciler continuously converges the live server back to it — repairing drift, renewing certs, patching, probing — around the clock. That's what "managed" means here: machinery, not a support inbox. These run on and around your box, every day.

Firewall by default

ufw ships default-deny with only 22, 80 and 443 open. Nothing else on your box is reachable from the internet.

Hardened SSH

Key-only auth, password logins disabled permanently, fail2ban banning brute-force attempts in the background.

Standard containers underneath

The whole stack is standard, portable open-source containers on named volumes. Inspectable, portable, nothing proprietary holding your data.

Health probes

The control plane probes your box over HTTPS around the clock. The reconciler converges every box back to the state it should be in and repairs DNS drift automatically.

Append-only audit log

Every state change your box goes through is written to an audit log that can't be edited after the fact.

Suspend-safe billing

Payment fails? Grace period, then the box suspends — data intact on its volumes. Payment recovers, box resumes. Destruction only ever happens through the gated cancel path.

How it works

From payment to live, with no human in the loop

  1. You pay

PayPal confirms the payment. A signature-verified webhook queues your build — the only thing a person could do here is slow it down.

  2. Your server is created

A machine spins up on enterprise-grade hardware with your name on the label. Every step is idempotent — retries can never create a second server or a second charge.

  3. It installs itself

Our zero-touch installer hardens the box and brings up the Growth OS stack. Then the box calls home over TLS to collect its secrets — credentials are sealed at rest and never ride in plain text.

  4. DNS and TLS

Your subdomain points at your box and a real TLS certificate is issued automatically. No setup screen, no "propagation may take 48 hours."

  5. Live — and it stays that way

Typically about 5 minutes after payment. From then on, a reconciler compares desired state against actual state around the clock and converges your box back to what it should be. Daily backups ship offsite without you asking.

One operator, not a support queue. I built the control plane behind every box on this page — idempotent provisioning, a reconciler that converges drift around the clock, teardown gated behind a completed snapshot. It's the system that's running today, not a roadmap.

The guarantee

Built, Not Rented.

You own the data. So you can always leave with it.

Built, Not RentedLive in ~5 minutes

Cancel your box and it is snapshotted in full before anything is destroyed — app, database, automations, files. Want your data in your hands, while you stay or on your way out? Email us and your archives are yours same-day, in standard formats — encrypted incremental snapshots, Postgres dumps, plain data volumes — that restore on any standard container host. No lock-in, no exit fee.

We don't do refund theater, because we don't need to: you always own your data, so you never have to ask for it back. And there's no long-term contract — it's month to month, so the most you're ever out is a single month.

FAQ

Straight answers

What is Growth OS?
An always-on system of specialized AI marketing agents — one per channel (COMPASS for SEO, VECTOR for ads, NEBULA for social, ORBIT for video, BEACON for media, ECHO for email) — coordinated by HELIOS and supervised by you through the Command Center: Leads, Pipeline, Approvals, Reactivation, SDR / Outreach, Spend & Margin and more. It also publishes and schedules across 15+ social channels, unifies every DM, comment and mention into one inbox, sends SMS and WhatsApp, runs your ad campaigns across the major networks, and reports across all of it. Underneath: an event-driven automation engine, Postgres 16 and Redis 7, all behind automatic TLS. It arrives installed, connected and backed up — you log in and use it.
What happens after I pay?
A build job is queued instantly. Your server is created, installs itself, gets DNS and a TLS certificate, and comes online at https://you.growvps.com — typically in about 5 minutes. Your subdomain is yours from the moment it's live; if you want the exact link or a hand logging in, email [email protected] and a human answers same-day.
Can I add GPU or AI compute?
Yes — GPU compute for AI workloads (inference, agents, fine-tunes) is available as a one-click add-on after you sign up. Email [email protected] and we'll turn it on for your box. Nothing extra to decide at checkout.
Is it really one price?
Yes — one plan, $499 a month, everything in it. No tiers to compare, no add-ons to forget, no per-seat or per-channel fees, and no usage meter. The only optional extra is GPU compute for AI workloads, which you can switch on after signup if you need it.
What if I cancel?
A full snapshot of your box is taken first — the destroy step is gated and won't run until that snapshot completes (the one exception: a box that has already vanished has nothing left to snapshot). Want your data in hand before you go? Email us and we hand you your archives same-day: app, database, automations, files. That's the "yours forever" part.
Who manages updates and security?
We do. Boxes are hardened at build time (key-only SSH, no password logins, firewall on), patched, and watched by the reconciler. Every state change is written to an append-only audit log.
Can I SSH in?
Yes, on request — it's your server. We ask first only so the reconciler knows which changes are yours and which are drift. Access is key-based; password login is disabled on every box, permanently.
What regions do you run in?
Your box runs on enterprise-grade, high-availability infrastructure. If you have a specific data-residency requirement, email us before you sign up and we'll confirm what's available for your region.
Is my box shared with anyone?
No. Your box is a whole dedicated virtual server with your name on the label — your own operating system, your own containers, your own volumes, your own credentials. Nothing in our stack is multi-tenant, and nobody else's workload shares your box.
How do backups work, exactly?
Your box takes a daily encrypted incremental snapshot of the app and database volumes and ships it to offsite object storage, in a standard open format. Retention is 7 daily plus 4 weekly snapshots, pruned automatically. Backups run once offsite storage is configured for your box — and they're what we hand you when you ask for your data.
What happens if my payment fails?
Nothing destructive. You get a grace period; if payment still fails, the box suspends — your data stays intact on its volumes the whole time. Recover the payment and the box resumes where it left off. Destruction only ever happens through the cancel path, and only after your export completes.
Do you have an API? Can I self-manage?
It's a managed box, so day-to-day you don't have to touch anything. Underneath, it's standard, portable open-source containers — nothing proprietary locks your data in. SSH access is available on request, and everything on the box is yours to inspect. There's no public customer API today; plan changes and export requests go through email and a human handles them same-day.
Do I need to install or configure anything myself?
No. Everything in the "preinstalled" section above — certificates, databases, encryption keys, webhook URLs, backups, firewall — is generated and wired per box before you first log in. You pick a plan; the box does the rest.
A box that builds itself — what happens when the build fails?
Every step is idempotent, so a retry re-runs the same step instead of stacking a second server or a second charge. If provisioning stalls, a watchdog stops the half-built box — billing halts — and flags it for review rather than handing you something broken. Nothing goes live until a real TLS certificate is issued and the box answers over HTTPS. The build either finishes to spec, or it doesn't finish at all.
Who fixes it at 2am — is there a human on call?
No human, by design — a support inbox is the thing that pages someone at 2am. The reconciler compares desired state to the live server around the clock and converges drift back itself: it re-applies spec, repairs DNS, runs unattended security upgrades, and probes the box over HTTPS. Every action it takes is written to an append-only audit log — ask, and I'll show you the trail. Machinery holds the box to spec — not good intentions, and not a ticket queue.
A bare VPS is cheaper than $499. Why not just run it myself?
You can — and then you're the ops team. The bare VPS is the cheapest line on your bill and the most expensive one on your calendar. Now you're installing and hardening it, wiring the stack together, standing up TLS, configuring offsite backups, and getting paged when any of it drifts — and that's before you've built any of the marketing engine on top. The $499 isn't for the server. It's for the reconciler that holds the box to spec, the auto-issued TLS, the daily encrypted backups, the key-only hardening — and the whole publishing, inbox, messaging, ads and analytics engine, all provisioned before you log in. Cheaper hardware, more of your hours. Here, the hours are the machine's.
What happens to my box if GrowVPS shuts down?
Nothing — it keeps running. Your box is standard open-source containers (Postgres 16, Redis 7, the app and the agents) on a Linux server you hold SSH access to. TLS renews itself; encrypted snapshots ship to offsite object storage nightly, in a standard open format. If we vanished tomorrow the server doesn't notice — and your archives restore on any standard container host. That's the whole point of Built, Not Rented.
